If you are a mango lover and you want to try out different dishes made from mangoes, then you should definitely try this creamy Mango Pudding.
INGREDIENTS:
▪️ Half Litre milk▪️ 2 tbsp custard powder
▪️ ¼ cup milk
▪️ ¼ cup sugar
▪️ 2 Ripe Mangoes
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. In a large wok boil 2 cup milk stirring occasionally.
2. Mix custard powder ¼ cup hot milk.
3. Pour the custard into the boiled milk in the wok stirring continuously.
4. Stir for 2 minutes or until custard milk is well combined with milk.
5. Cook on low flame for 10 minutes or until milk thickens and turns creamy.
6. Cool the mixture completely.
7. Meanwhile while the milk is cooling down, rinse and peel 2 medium-sized ripe mangoes. Chop and blend them.
8. Then add sugar and fresh cream. Sugar can be added less or more depending on the sweetness of mangoes.
9. Blend again till smooth.
10. Add this mango pulp to the milk mixture.
11. Whisk smooth until custard and mango pulp is well combined.
12. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
13. Finally, enjoy mango pudding chilled topped with more dry fruits.
