BREAD APPE || No Fry BREAD ROLLS || No Fry BREAD CUTLET RECIPE In Appe Pan

 INGREDIENTS:
🔸Boiled and Mashed Potato - 1 cup
🔸Finely Chopped Onion - 1 large
🔸Vegetables (Of your Choice)
🔸Peanuts (Optional)
🔸Few slice of bread (remove the sides)
🔸Finely chopped green chilli - 1 no (optional)
🔸Finely chopped Ginger and Garlic - 1 no
🔸Red chili powder - 1/2 tsp
🔸Cumin - 1 tsp
🔸Garam Masala powder - 1/4 tsp
🔸Chat Masala - 1/2 tbsp
🔸Salt to taste
🔸3-4 tbsp oil to cook
🔸Appe Pan

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Mash the boiled potatoes and add the vegetables of your choice in a mixing bowl and mix them.
2. In a pan heat 2tbsp oil and add cumin seeds.
3. Once the cumin splutters, add turmeric powder,  red chilli powder and finely chopped onions.
4. Fry the onions for 2-3 mins and then add the potato-vegetables mix.
5. Saute it for 2-3 mins and keep it aside to cool down.
6. Heat the Appe pan alongside and add a few drops of oil in each indentation. The pan should nicely heated, if not the cutlets won’t be crunchy.
7. Now, cut the hard sides off the bread slices
 take some water in a wide bowl.
8. Carefully immerse a slice of bread in the water for just a second or two.
9. Spread the bread flat on palm ad squeeze off excess water.
10. Take small portions of the potato mixture in ball sized form and place it over the wet bed bread slice.
11. Carefully fold in all the four ends over and slowly roll into a croquette using both the hands, softly apply a little pressure as you work through so that if there is still any excess water in the bread it is released off. 
12. Cook the balls for approx. 5 minutes on each side on medium heat, until they are golden brown.
13. Serve the No Fry Bread rolls with ketchup or spicy chutney.
